I came across LaQuence Alfonzo Green, Jr.'s case recently, and I wanted to take a moment to think about the impact he had within his community. It’s clear from the stories shared by those who knew him that he left an impression on many. I read that his memorial service was meaningful, and the location at Barnes United Methodist Church must have offered some comfort to his family and friends. It's always so important to remember the people behind these tragedies and not just see them as statistics. Has anyone here attended a service like his? How do you think communities can better come together to support one another in times like these? My heart goes out to his family and friends—nobody should have to endure losing a loved one in such a way.
