Hey all, I was reading about Johansen's case and couldn't help but wonder about the condition of the snow machine when it was found. Was it still mostly intact after all those months, or did it show signs of having gone through the ice? Sometimes details like the state of gear or equipment can give clues about what might have happened. If anyone has insights on what rescuers typically look for in these scenarios, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Hey everyone, I’m really curious if anyone has thoughts on how the snow machine might have ended up being found. It seems odd that it took over seven months to locate, especially since it was recovered on the ice. Could the river's flow have relocated it somehow, or was it buried under snow until the thaw? I can’t wrap my head around why there wasn’t a trace of Johansen if the machine was eventually found. Would love to hear your theories or if you’ve heard of anything similar happening in other cases. It's such a baffling detail, and I'm trying to piece together how the environment might have played a role in this disappearance. Thanks for any insights.

Anyone else find it strange that Johansen's snow machine was found, but there's no sign of him at all? I mean, retrieving the snow machine months later is one thing, but I can't stop wondering if the ice has given up any other clues since then. Has there been any further search of that area, or maybe any updates from local authorities? It just seems odd that nothing else has turned up. It must be so tough for his family, not having any closure. If anyone has any ideas or more info, please share!
