Does anyone else find the role of Matthew Plumb really chilling in this case? It's so shocking to think about someone being complicit, even indirectly, in such a horrific act. By keeping Theresa Cox clocked in, he provided her with the alibi that might have helped her evade suspicion longer if not for that Crime Stoppers tip. I can’t help but wonder what Plumb thought or if he had any idea of the gravity of what was happening. Did he know more than what the investigation uncovered, or was he genuinely oblivious to the extent of Cox’s plans? This case has so many layers, and each one is more disturbing than the last. Sending thoughts to the families involved, especially when it feels like betrayal is lurking around every corner in this story. It's just an overwhelming reminder of the importance of vigilance and questioning things that don't sit right, no matter how small they might seem.
