Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about what Brandon’s mom must be going through. Losing a child is unimaginable, and it must be incredibly hard knowing there are still so many questions left unanswered. Brandon seemed like such a promising young artist on the rise. His music probably gave her so much pride and joy, and now she's left with this void.
I hope there’s a way for the community to come together to support his family. Maybe even organizing an event or memorial concert in his honor could help keep his memory alive. It could also be a platform to push for justice and clarity on what truly happened to him. If anyone knows of any efforts currently underway, or has ideas to support his family, please share.

I just can't stop thinking about how much potential Brandon "Bango" McMitchell had. It's deeply saddening to think about all the dreams and plans he must have had that were taken away from him—and from all of us who enjoyed his music. From what I understand, he was a real rising star in the Indianapolis rap scene, and his energy was infectious. People who knew him said he was always pushing others to do better and never hesitated to offer a helping hand.
I’m curious if anyone knows more about how the local music community has been coping or paying tribute to him since that day. I've seen a few mentions of events or gatherings but would love to hear more. Stories about artists who are dedicated to continuing his legacy through their music would be encouraging to hear.
My thoughts are with his family and friends during what must still be such a hard time. Keep sharing your memories and stories about him—it’s important that his spirit continues to resonate through our community.
