This guy is the reason we have SWAT. I remember learning about this guy in school. He had a brain tumor. Now, the mass killers excuse is way less solid. I get the brain tumor will drive you to do awful things but now it's so much harder to figure out how a person goes from thought to action. Makes it harder to stop these from happening. Because, isn't that the goal?
