In the quiet rolling hills of Buckingham County, Virginia, the summer of 2002 took a mysterious turn for 34-year-old Robert Lee Kelley, known to his friends and family as Robbie. On July 24th, a single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 675. By the time law enforcement arrived at the scene of the crash, Robert Kelley had vanished. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. From that moment on, no one has reported hearing from or seeing him again.
