Robert Lee Kelley, 34, disappeared on July 24, 2002, after being involved in a single-vehicle crash in Buckingham County, Virginia. On that day, Kelley was driving along Route 675 when he had the accident. Before law enforcement arrived at the scene, Kelley vanished and has not been heard from since. His car was found, but no trace of him has ever been located.
