A Sudden Disappearance in East Knoxville
On December 27, 2017, 40-year-old William Dale Inklebarger was last seen by his father in Knoxville, Tennessee. After the apartment he shared with friends lost power, his father arranged for him to stay at the Inn of Knoxville for a month and provided minutes for his cell phone. Despite these provisions, William ceased all communication, prompting his father to report him missing on January 10, 2018.
A Life Marked by Struggles
William, known as "Will," had a history of substance abuse, particularly opioids and crack cocaine. He was described as a white male with black hair, hazel eyes, and several distinctive tattoos, including a sunburst on his left bicep and an eagle with a man's face and a skull on his right bicep.
