On July 10, 1995, 16-year-old Brian Kelvin Andrewin was playing basketball with friends at a local park in Chicago, Illinois. Described as an African-American male, 5'8" tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, Brian had a small scar on his eyebrow and a birthmark on the right side of his neck. After leaving the park to head home, he was never seen or heard from again.
Initially, the Chicago Police Department classified Brian as an "endangered runaway," which likely contributed to limited media coverage and public attention. This classification remained until December 2003, when his status was changed to "endangered missing person." The reasons for this reclassification have not been publicly disclosed.
Despite efforts by family and advocates, Brian's case has remained unsolved with few leads. His disappearance did not receive significant media attention at the time, and there have been no confirmed sightings or developments reported in the years since.
At the time of his disappearance, Brian was 16 years old, 5'8" tall, and weighed 135 pounds. He had black hair, brown eyes, a small scar on his eyebrow, and a birthmark on the right side of his neck. Dental and fingerprint records are not available, but DNA is on file. ...Read More
