On the afternoon of July 27, 2003, 23-year-old William Gary Morris—known to his loved ones simply as "Will"—departed his Nashville, Tennessee home in the 2100 block of Rock City Street. His mother recalled him leaving to run a routine errand: a trip to the store. That mundane departure, however, would mark the beginning of a haunting and unresolved chapter in Nashville’s history. The Man Who Went Missing
At the time of his disappearance, William was described as a 5'11", 270-pound African-American male with brown eyes and black hair.
