A Quiet New Year’s Day Turns Mysterious
On January 1, 1978, 23-year-old Glenn Allen Tweten vanished from Amanda Park, Washington, a small community nestled near the Olympic National Forest. Standing 5'6" and weighing approximately 170 pounds, Glenn had brown hair and brown eyes. He also had a distinctive scar on the top of his right hand. That New Year’s Day marked the last time his family saw or heard from him. No one could have predicted that this would be the beginning of a decades-long mystery.
Sparse Clues and Lingering Questions
The circumstances surrounding Glenn's disappearance remain largely unknown. There are no public records detailing his activities on the day he went missing, nor any accounts of his mental or emotional state at the time.
