On September 1, 2017, 14-year-old Steven David Lowery vanished from his home in Jacksonville, Florida. Described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes, Steven was last seen by his adoptive family. He was reported missing shortly thereafter, and despite extensive efforts by authorities and the community, his whereabouts remain unknown.
