A Promising Morning Turns Ominous
On the morning of February 6, 2017, 15-year-old Zwangendaba Nkosi left his Mishawaka, Indiana, home around 7:00 a.m. to attend Adams High School in South Bend. Dressed in blue jeans, a black and white t-shirt, and a distinctive red zip-up hoodie emblazoned with "South Pole" in white letters, he was expected to return home by 3:30 p.m., or by 7:00 p.m. if he visited the library. When he failed to return, his mother reported him missing the following day.
Initial Investigation and Public Appeals
Upon receiving the missing person report, Mishawaka Police initiated an investigation. They contacted both of Zwangendaba's parents and began gathering information about his last known whereabouts. Despite efforts, including public appeals for information, no substantial leads emerged. ...Read More
