Described by her sister, Amy, as "the best auntie ever," Shirley was known for her kindness and generosity, often spending her earnings on family. Despite her struggles with addiction, she maintained close contact with her family, making her sudden silence in late 2018 deeply concerning.
The Mysterious Disappearance
The last known sighting of Shirley was in mid-December 2018, when she was seen entering a black pickup truck outside Bean's Cafe, a soup kitchen in Anchorage. Her family reported her missing on January 2, 2019, after weeks without communication.
