A Life Remembered
Born on May 20, 1968, James was the son of the late James Scott Sr. and Dorothy Dobbins Spencer. He was celebrated for his ability to repair and build almost anything, a testament to his skillful hands and creative mind. Music and dancing were among his passions, but above all, he cherished his family deeply.
