In the early morning hours of October 18, 2019, 22-year-old Andre Julian Moten Jr. left his father's home on Timber Forest Drive in Humble, Texas. He had received a phone call around 2:00 a.m., prompting him to step out into the night. Dressed in a black shirt and blue jeans, Andre was seen getting into a white car.
