Blyther, affectionately known as Shante, was fatally shot at 615 Edgewood Street, NE. A Life Remembered
Chartate was more than just a name in the headlines; she was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend. Survived by her mother, Mona Lisa Blyther, and her adopted parents, Alanda Braxton Miles and Gregory Miles, Chartate was part of a close-knit family. She also left behind three sisters—Chanel, Paula, and Brittany—and three brothers—Kevin, Anthony, and James.
