Lashay R. Young-Beard, a 25-year-old woman from Kokomo, Indiana, was tragically found shot to death on February 3, 2020. Her body was discovered in the backyard of a home on South Cortland Avenue. The investigation revealed that she had suffered a fatal gunshot wound. This incident was part of a larger, more disturbing case involving kidnapping and torture.
