Amy Parrish, a 25-year-old Caucasian woman, perished in the blaze at her home on South Bell Street along with her 4-year-old son, Dacota Rasmussen, her 2-year-old son, Caleb Parrish, and her 11-year-old stepson, Casey Parrish. The cause of death for all four victims was determined to be smoke inhalation.
