Anthony R Welch

Anthony R. Welch, a 19-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on May 15, 2010, in Chicago, Illinois. His death occurred on the South Side, in an area heavily affected by gun violence. The shooting that took Welch's life also injured another individual.
