Michael R. Stanciel, a 30-year-old man from Oak Park, was killed on June 13, 2010, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred late at night when Chicago police responded to a report of gunshots on the 600 block of North Homan Avenue in the city's East Garfield Park neighborhood. Michael was found on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspects were identified at the time, and the Chicago police's Area 4 violent crimes unit launched an investigation ...
