Credale Woulard, aged 28, was fatally shot on June 21, 2010, on the South Side of Chicago. The incident took place near 75th and Halsted Streets in the Hamilton Park neighborhood. Woulard, who also went by the name Sandy, was found lying in the street by a passing motorist around 3 a.m. He was shot in the chest and was transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.
