Tytus Harris, age 22, was fatally shot on February 19, 2012, in Chicago, Illinois. The shooting occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the city's South Side, specifically in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, known for experiencing frequent violence. Tytus was found with gunshot wounds near his residence in the 7800 block of South Wolcott Avenue. Despite rapid emergency response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
