Jamauris G. Askew, a 16-year-old male, was shot and killed on July 19, 2012, in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood. The incident occurred in an alley on the 7500 block of South Paulina Street. According to police reports, Jamauris was shot multiple times, and despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
