In the streets of Southeast Washington, D.C., a 14-year-old male named Antoine Junior Manning, affectionately known as 'Twon,' became a tragic victim of gun violence. On Halloween night, his life was cut short in a fatal shooting that occurred in the 2600 block of Birney Place SE. This was not the first time danger had found the young ninth-grader on that very block.
