Hezekiah H. Harper-Bey, age 20, was killed on October 4, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. Harper-Bey was shot in the face during a violent weekend that saw multiple fatalities and injuries across the city. The incident occurred in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, a community that has seen a significant amount of gun violence.
