On December 15, 2014, Torrance D. Bell, aged 23, was shot and killed in Chicago, Illinois. The homicide occurred at the Eberhart Food Store on East 79th Street, where an assailant entered the establishment around 3:13 p.m., displayed a firearm, and fatally shot Bell. The police described the shooter as a 23-year-old male of medium build, with short black hair and facial hair.
