African American, age 26, Rashad A. Abdullah was shot late on a Friday morning near his Marquette Park home on Chicago's Southwest Side. At about 10 a.m. on April 24, 2015, he was standing outside in the 7000 block of South Talman Avenue when two people came up from behind and opened fire.
