In the early morning hours of February 18, 2022, the quiet streets of Albuquerque, New Mexico, were disturbed by a grim discovery. Andrew Tepfer, a 27-year-old White / Caucasian male, was found lying on the street in the area of 1600 57th St NW. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Tepfer deceased, having succumbed to what appeared to be a gunshot wound. His death was quickly determined to be a homicide, prompting an investigation by the Albuquerque Police Department.
