Kyrian Knox, a two-year-old boy from Rockford, Illinois, was tragically killed in September 2015. Kyrian's remains were found dismembered in the Garfield Park Lagoon in Chicago on Labor Day weekend. The gruesome discovery included his severed foot, with additional body parts recovered over several days. The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, but the exact cause of death could not be determined. Authorities linked the remains to Kyrian after a DNA match confirmed his identity.
