On March 4, 1985, 26-year-old Patrolman John Robert "Johnny" Fallis of the Pine Bluff Police Department in Arkansas was fatally shot while responding to a noise complaint at 700 Walnut Street. Upon arrival, he encountered a vehicle with two male occupants playing loud music.
