Sheila Jones-Courtney, a 50-year-old woman known for her kindness and devotion to her family, was a beloved member of the community. She had earned several degrees from SouthArk Community College and was a loving mother to three sons and a doting grandmother. Her life was one of community involvement and unwavering support for those she held dear, a life that was violently and senselessly ended.
