Death by Force

On December 27, 2016, Christopher D. Brown, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in the Parkway Gardens neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. This area has been noted for its high incidence of gun violence. Christopher's death added to the growing list of young African American men lost to such violence in the city during that year.
