In the quiet town of Sparta, Tennessee, a confrontation on a Wednesday night in early spring turned deadly, leaving one man dead and another facing serious charges. On March 1, 2023, 66-year-old John Thomas Clouse was shot and killed at a residence located in the 200 block of Derossett Loop.
