On a quiet Sunday afternoon in West Point, Mississippi, the discovery of a young man's body shattered the calm. Audie Robert Patterson, a 25-year-old male from Guntown, was found deceased on September 24, 2023. His body was located on the side of Country Oaks Lane, a short distance from Highway 45 Alternate, after a passerby made the grim discovery and alerted authorities around 3:30 p.m.
