On October 29, 1997, Andrea Ford, age 38, was found dead on the side of State Road 100 near County Road 302 in Flagler County, Florida. Her body was discovered by a passing bus driver, and it was later determined that she had been shot in the back of the head with a .25 caliber firearm. The circumstances surrounding her death remained mysterious, with no crime scene evidence nearby, and very little information available at the time of the initial investigation.
