Josilyn Ruiz, a 26-year-old woman from Seattle, tragically lost her life on June 17, 2023, in a shooting incident at the Gorge Amphitheatre campground near Quincy, Washington. Ruiz was attending the Beyond Wonderland electronic dance music festival with her fiancée, 29-year-old Brandy Escamilla, when the incident occurred. According to the Grant County Coroner, Ruiz died from a gunshot wound to her torso.
