Heaven Washington, a 15-year-old girl from Shiloh, Ohio, tragically lost her life on November 17, 2023, due to gun violence. She was shot while riding in a vehicle at the intersection of Philadelphia Drive and Turner Road in Harrison Township. Reports indicate that her vehicle became involved in a shooting incident with another vehicle, resulting in her being struck by stray bullets.
