Rachel Beatrice Miranda, a 42-year-old woman from Las Cruces, New Mexico, tragically passed away on January 25, 2023. The incident occurred at an apartment located at 416 East Lucero Avenue, where Las Cruces police officers responded to a call about a gunshot victim.
