Ja'Kerion Daletarious Calome, an 18-year-old senior at Homer High School in Homer, Louisiana, died on June 24, 2023, due to a gunshot wound. He was found in a home in the 200 block of West Third Street in Homer on the night of June 23, 2023, with a gunshot wound to the head.
