On March 2, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Hammond, Indiana, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Charles Stokes. The Hammond Police Department responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Warwick Avenue at approximately 4:30 AM following reports of a disturbance.
