Jeffery Harris, known by his rap names “Bloodhound Lil Jeff,” “Lil Jeff Hardy,” or “Lil Jeffrey Dahmer,” was a 21-year-old rapper and member of the Bloodhound gang, affiliated with the Drill City set in Chicago. He gained notoriety for claiming responsibility for several violent crimes, including the highly publicized double homicide of Monterio "Drench/Za" Williams and Robert "Lil Rob" Boston, which occurred on January 26, 2024, in downtown Chicago.
