### Death and Investigation of Jordan Alvin Simon

Jordan Alvin Simon, a 14-year-old from Newnan, Georgia, was found dead on September 25, 2024, along a rural roadway in Luthersville, Meriwether County. His body was discovered near Rocky Mount Road, a sparsely populated area with few houses and lined by tall grass, after a passerby reported seeing a body in the area. Simon had succumbed to a gunshot wound.
