Thomas Quass, a 41-year-old male from Miami, Florida, was tragically shot and killed in the Wynwood neighborhood on July 4, 2015. According to reports, Quass was walking to his car with his girlfriend in the early hours of the morning when they were confronted by an unidentified gunman.
