George DeCosta, age 46, was tragically killed on December 1, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. George was shot multiple times while riding his bicycle through the Moncrief neighborhood to visit a friend. The neighborhood, known for its elevated crime rate, became the scene of a senseless act of violence.
