On November 2, 2017, 18-year-old Nicholas Williams was shot and killed while walking on Gailwood Circle East in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred on Jacksonville's Northside, and a second teen was also injured in the shooting. According to witnesses, a silver Buick LeSabre approached the two young men, and the occupants of the vehicle opened fire. Williams succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while the other individual was wounded but survived.
