On December 31, 2017, 56-year-old Lloyd Tillett succumbed to injuries sustained during a shooting that occurred several months earlier. Tillett was found on May 12, 2017, on San Juan Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida, with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to UF Health in serious but stable condition; however, he ultimately passed away due to complications from his injuries.
