In the early morning hours of November 4, 2021, the life of Tesloach Kek Yiel, a 28-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Grand Island, Nebraska. Police were dispatched to a local residence shortly after 3 a.m. where they discovered Yiel suffering from a gunshot wound. He was emergently transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
