The small town of Burley, Idaho was struck by tragedy on November 2, 2013, when 16-year-old Ryan J. Willes died from a gunshot wound to the neck. The incident occurred at a residence in west Cassia County, where Willes and a group of people were cleaning their guns after a day of shooting.
