In the early hours of Sunday, May 10, 2015, the life of 27-year-old Terrance Wayne Moore, a male resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. Just before 2 a.m., the sound of gunfire echoed in the 1800 block of North Capitol Street. When police responded to the scene, they discovered Moore suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
