Do you know who killed Ricky Allen?
On the evening of March 18, 1991, a friend discovered the body of Ricky L. Allen on the floor of his residence in the 800 block of Zion Drive in Colorado Springs. A 36-year-old White male, Mr. Allen was found with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. At approximately 10:11 PM, emergency personnel were called to the scene, where he was officially declared deceased.
